PS Cricket & Sports PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Change of Mind Return
Australian Consumer Law states that the retailer is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. PS Cricket & Sports will exchange or provide store credit for items that are returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase date. Buyer needs to pay for return shipping.
Warranty Return
PS Cricket & Sports will always endeavour to process warranty returns within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with ACCC Consumer Guarantees. You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major fault. This is when the item:
• Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• Is unsafe
• Is significantly different from the sample or description
If the problem is a minor fault, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
